I just wanted to take a moment to email you regarding your visit to our home on Monday 18th May to clean two carpets.
I actually wanted to say thank you & well done: the whole process of using Churchill was smooth & professional from start to finish. When I first called your office to enquire about prices etc (after seeing your advert in 7 days newspaper) the phone was answered in a clear & professional manner with the receptionist announcing the company name, which gives a 100% better impression than the usual 'grunt' one is greeted with when calling other establishments in Dubai. She was knowledgeable and helpful and scheduled an appointment and gave me an approximate time at which the cleaners would arrive. They arrived exactly as we were told they would, and were professional, courteous and unobtrusive. They were able to immediately give us a quote and started cleaning straight away. They had finished within an hour and tidied up thoroughly before they left. It is rare to find a company like this in Dubai and I will definitely be using you again in the future.
