Ques. How long will the carpet take to dry ?
Ans. Most carpets dry within 4-6 hours. Humidity can be a factor and extend drying time.
   
Ques. How long will my upholstery take to dry ?
Ans. With our method most upholstery dry in 2-4 hours, if fabric protecting agent  is applied add about an hour to the drying time.
   
Ques. How long will my curtains take to dry ?
Ans. Most curtains dry within 2 – 4 hours. It is important to ensure adequate and proper air ventilation to the area where the cleaning is taking place throughout the cleaning process.       
   
Ques. How long will my mattress take to dry ?
Ans. The mattress cleaning is completely a dry process which mean the mattress can be used immediately after cleaning.
   
Ques. How long will the mattress cleaning process take?
Ans. This will depending on the size and cleanliness level of your mattress, however,  generally it will take between 20 to 30 minutes per mattress.
   
Ques. How long will it take to clean the air conditioning ducts in my 3 bedroom villa?
Ans. This will depend depend on how  many AC units there are in your villa, however, generally it will take about 2 full days.
   
Ques. What is the difference between a spot and a stain?
Ans. Spot - a removable substance on the fiber.
Stain - a permanent discoloration of the fiber due to a substance.
   
Ques. Will you be able to remove all the stains and spots from my carpet/upholstery?
Ans. We have a very high success rate in removing all spots and stains, however, we can not give a guarantee. Our ability to remove stains and spots will depend on several factors including the nature of the spot and stain, how long it has been on the fabric and what cleaning chemicals have already been tried on. Usually the longer the spot and stains remained on the fabric, the harder it is to get them out. Also, the more chemicals already been tried on the fabric the more difficult it is for us to remove the spots.
