• If you know the nature of any spots/stain, inform the technician so that we can maximize our pre-spotting efforts.
• Although we will move and return all furniture to its original position. We ask that you move all breakable items from the cleaning area.
• Although we will be extra careful while dealing with all your furniture and belongings, we ask that you remove from the cleaning site all valuable items including money, jewellery etc… prior to our arrival. Churchill cannot be held accountable for any damage or lose of items during our cleaning appointment.
• Typical carpet/upholstery/curtain drying time is 2-6 hours. During this time it may be a good idea to keep small children and pets off the area, as well as street shoes that can soil the cleaned fabric.
• Allow access to a tub or basin so that we can clean AC filters and equipments.
• In the case of carpet cleaning, please refrain from rearranging any furniture for at least 48 hours after cleaning to minimize the incidence of carpet varnish stains.
• Our cleaning process is safe for any properly installed carpet. If you are aware of any installation problems, make us aware of these problems so that we may take extra precautions.
